Minimum stay of 3 months is required
- Option 1 includes cleaning and housekeeping (limited to 1 bed linen change and 1 laundry basket per week), can be booked with a month’s notice and will need to be paid at least for a month (I.e. AUD440 minimum).
- Option 2 includes Wifi, Gas, Water, Electricity and Land upkeep, if this option is not chosen tenant will pay an amount allocated by the landlord.
